Many of you may have visited the Annalakshmi Restaurant that serves high quality South and North Indian cuisine. If you have been to the one near the Ethiraj College, please note that they have shifted to Mayor Ramanathan Salai alias Spurtank Road. And this is their only outlet and they do not have any other branches. Curious to see the new branch I went in for a lunch appointment with them. And true to the Annalakshmi temple themed style their décor is as always elegant and traditional. With sculptures and idols placed strategically the ambience is welcoming and warm. And the hospitality with which they serve I must say, is truly commendable. The food again is high quality and extremely tasty.
I was given to understand that they do have a hall upstairs which can be hired for functions and weddings. Here’s some pictures of the restaurant in its new premises:
